The idea

What it is

Many people with ADHD know what they need to do, but feel overwhelmed when they have too many tasks and do not know where to start. Ivy is a gentle AI video companion that helps users turn scattered thoughts into a simple daily checklist, choose one realistic priority, and stay on track through supportive five-minute check-ins. Instead of judging distraction, Ivy helps users reset and return to one small next step.

Functionality

What it does

Ivy provides gentle emotional support when users feel overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck. Through conversation, she helps users unload what is on their mind, turn it into a clear daily checklist, and choose one realistic priority to focus on. During focus sessions, Ivy stays with the user and checks in every five minutes, helping them reset and return to the task without judgment when they get distracted.

Under the hood

How it works

Tavus PAL Maker powers Ivy’s live, human-like video conversations, while Lovable powers the checklist, planning interface, and five-minute focus clock. As users talk, Ivy helps capture the tasks on their mind, organize them into a simple priority plan, and choose one small next step. The user then starts a focus session, and Lovable triggers gentle check-ins every five minutes so Ivy can help them return to the task if their attention drifts.

Roadmap

What's next

One of our features is to manually add tasks and help check in with the user- we would eventually want to automatically use the transcript to figure out the tasks
