A product discovery AI interviewer that surfaces honest customer pain points
The idea
Product teams need customer feedback to make confident decisions, but collecting it is slow and hard to scale. Today, a PM must coordinate with customer success, negotiate calendars, and conduct each interview manually — only to repeat the process for every customer. By the time feedback arrives, the window to act on it has often already closed. This platform replaces that bottleneck with a shareable link that customers complete on their own time, facilitated by an AI interviewer that probes for root causes, follows up on vague answers, and surfaces the kind of nuanced, motivated insight that typically only comes from a skilled human interviewer on a live call. PMs receive the recording, transcript, and AI-generated summary the moment a session is done.
What it does
The AI interviewer guides the customer through a structured 15–20 minute conversation built on product discovery best practices. It opens with light background questions, then moves into open-ended discovery — probing for pain points and current workarounds without telegraphing what the team hopes to hear. It follows up on vague answers, listens for root causes beneath surface-level responses, and avoids leading language throughout, delivering a consistent, high-quality interview regardless of how many customers are in the cycle.
